Cancellation Policy
TOWNHOUSE, GARDEN HAUS, SNOWCREEK TOWNHOUSE (Birch), DREAM HOUSE SUITES, ALL SEASONS RIVER INN SUITES and APARTMENT, AND WUNDERBAR CONDOS CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 30 days out, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel between 15 and 30 days out, you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay.
If you cancel within the cancellation period, the full amount of your stay will be charged. However, we will try to resell the space. If any part of your stay is rebooked, we will refund that amount. If your chosen room type is not resold, a credit will be issued to your account. The credit must be used within the calendar year of your reservation and made exclusively on our website (www.obertal.com). Please note that credits will not be extended for reservations made through online travel agent platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.).
FESTIVALS AND DECEMBER:
For Winter Karneval (January), Oktoberfest (first 3 full or partial weekends of October), Thanksgiving (November), the weekend following, and all of December, a non-refundable $200 deposit applies to cancellations. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival, you are responsible for the full cost of your stay.
SNOWCREEK SUITES (Aspen, Cedar, Dogwood):
Reservations follow a 72-hour cancellation policy, except during Festivals and December.* Cancelling more than 3 days prior to arrival results in a deposit refund. Cancellations within the window require payment for the full stay.

Parking
Only one parking spot is allocated per unit, regardless of size. If you have multiple vehicles, only one car per unit can be parked in the Obertal Inn or specific vacation home lot. Occasionally, we can accommodate an additional car for a fee, but it must be requested and arranged with the front desk agent on the day of arrival. Free parking is available at each vacation home. Each vacation home unit has space for one car. Additional cars can be parked on your own or at a supplemental lot for a fee, but it must be requested and arranged with the front desk agent on the day of arrival. Please be advised that over-night street parking is possible from April through October. Winter parking restrictions are strictly enforced during the winter months due to the need for regular snow removal activities.

The Obertal Inn understands the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about guests, callers to our reservation line, and visitors to our website.
We collect information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. On our Website we do not collect personally identifiable information from Customers unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. When you reserve a room with us we will capture information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number to process your reservation. The primary purpose of capturing your e-mail address when you make a reservation with us is to send you a reservation confirmation. We safeguard our Customers’ personally identifiable information by using industry standard practices.
